As director of reproductive endocrinology, infertility and in vitro fertilization at Atlanta Medical Center, Dr.Perloe has above average success rates in achieving pregnancies through advanced reproductive technologies as well as expertise in treating recurrent pregnancy loss, endometriosis, menstrual disorders, fibroids, and endocrine and other reproductive health problems.

Dr. Geoffrey Sher, Executive Medical Director and co-founder of SIRM, is an internationally renowned expert in the field of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and has been influential in the births of more than 16,000 IVF babies. Over the last 26 years, Dr. Sher has helped fashion the entire field of ART.

Helen Adrienne’s heart has been in private practice since 1979.  Although a general therapist, she has specialized in the emotional component of gynecologic and reproductive care, especially Infertility. Helen is licensed in New York and New Jersey and is a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work.

Dr. Berger graduated college with honors from Harvard University and from the University of Rochester Medical School. Following medical internship at Duke University Medical Center, he began his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He served in the US Public Health Service at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as an Epidemic Intelligence Service officer in the Family Planning Evaluation Program.

Dr. Cohen has been actively involved in treating infertile couples by assisted reproductive technology (ART) since 1976. In 1982, after earning a Ph.D. in reproductive physiology from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, he went to England to join the team of Drs. Edwards and Steptoe, who were responsible for the first IVF birth at Bourne Hall Clinic.

While on the staff of the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Coulam was chair of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and established the first in vitro fertilization (IVF) program at this institution, in 1983. She, became professor at the Mayo Medical School in 1984 and in 1985, was appointed chair of the Division of Reproductive Biology at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Owen Davis is the Associate Director of the Center's Program of in vitro fertilization, a world-renowned specialist and leader in the field of reproductive medicine, and a board certified obstetrician-gynecologist and reproductive endocrinologist.

Overview

Dr. John David Gordon joined Dominion Fertility in 1999 as Co-Director. He’s consistently been listed as one of Washington’s top doctors in Washingtonian and Northern Virginia magazines. He’s the editor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Infertility, a best-selling handbook used worldwide by medical students, residents, and physicians. He sees patients in the Arlington and Fair Oaks offices.

Marc Goldstein, M.D., F.A.C.S. is Professor of Urology at Cornell University Medical College and Director of the Center for Male Reproductive Medicine and Microsurgery at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. He is also a Staff Scientist with the Population Council's Center for Biomedical Research, located on the campus of Rockefeller University.
